Bossy Cat Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To begin, contact us at info@bossycat.co.uk and let us know which item you'd like to return and why. We'll then give you the details of where to send it.

Once your return is approved, we'll email you full instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please don't send anything back before requesting a return, as we're unable to accept items returned without prior approval.

Changed your mind?

If you'd like to return an item simply because you've changed your mind, or for any other no-fault reason, you're welcome to do so within the 30-day window. In these cases you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping, so we'd recommend using a tracked service to keep your item protected on its way back to us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll put it right. There's no cost to you for returns of this kind, and we'll arrange collection or return shipping at our expense.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please bear in mind that your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@bossycat.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.
